Nah, his place messes up your petty, day-to-day stuff. Checks sent to wrong address? BoA did that. Did your online banking not have up to date info? That's them. Misspelled your name AND have your address wrong? Say Hello to these F*$%ing guys.
This place, however, doesn't work on that big-picture, epic, life-spanning level. It wishes it were that cool.

why close the drive thru (interact with an agent in the bank) when there are lots of seniors in the area who prefer a drive thru? really disappointed. at least have the drive thru open for 4 hours, 2 days a week. And, if closing the drive thru, why not install an atm that has the agent option(agent can be contacted & visual on the atm screen) to speak with an agent as needed.
The wheel chair access for the restrooms is poor. But very nice worker's.
