The customer service is horrible I was buying self tapping screws to board up for hurricane Irma and they refused my debit card because I wasn't spending 6.00 or more. I understand rules but in this situation (gearing up for hurricane Irma) a little leeway would have kept me a customer.
Don't go there, don't spend a dime with them. Their help is the worst experience you will ever get in a hardware store. I told them I didn't care what it took to get my project done even I bought the wrong part I didn't care, I was willing to spend money on what ever it took. They wouldn't give me the stuff I wanted and they made it impossible for me to buy anything other then the stuff they wanted me to.
First and last time in there as for something and told me it was in that department, and a$10 minimum for using a debit card I'll NEVER go back
very friendly and helpful people working there..I will always go there for my hardware needs.:)
They do have almost everything but you pay dearly for it. They are quick to point you in the right direction of what you are looking for but god help you if THEY have to get something for you. You can time them with a calendar. I am so not impressed.
