I was at the WIC office and the ladies that work there are extremely helpful and friendly
I have been calling them for over an hour and can not get anyone on the phone. That is just ridiculous.
I forgot what time my appointment was and literally could NOT get them on the phone when I finally did was put on hold for 15 minutes only to find out I was already 10 minutes late and couldn't even come in! Well if they would have answered the phone when I started calling at 8am when they open I would have been there smh ....
I wish I could give them '0' stars. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get these people on the phone...and its not because they are 'so busy'...its because they are not efficient and do not care about the people they work with. I HATE dealing with this place.
It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get these people on the phone. If they do happen to answer, they put you on hold for over an hour and then proceed to HANG UP ON YOU. This has happened to me over and over again. This time they told me to call back in half an hour after I finally got ahold of them after calling all morning. (11:40am) They mentioned that 12:01 is lunch. Okay, cool. I called at 11:40, no answer. Call again and finally they picked up. Then proceeded to take my name and number for a callback. It was NOT 12:01, it was NOT lunch time. They are not efficient and do not care about their work. The nurse there is even rude to your children. I absolutely HATE dealing with them. But I do it for my kids because we need the help right now.
