Amazing staff great customer service got everything I needed for my new puppy
Today i called asking about parasite medications because i have one pea puffer that is very lethargic and one that is fat and happy, I asked if she had any parisite meds for tanks safe for pea puffers because of the situation and was told the pea puffers eat crustacians and anyways i said they eat mini snails and frozen or live blood worms she tried arguing with me saying they only eat crustations that i was starving my fish and shes been doing this for 15 years and her experts told her they eat brine shrimp and thats what she feeds them every three to four days idk about anyone else but i feed my fish more than that. They eat the bloodworms from my fingers, anyone can google that answer. If someone says something on the care of an animal even a fish you can just say i dont believe you are correct but i will look it up or double check, thank you or something like that i would continue to buy things there but not when someone accuses me of starving my fish. I will only shop here if everyother place in town does not have what i need. Thank you dawn, for the customer service.thank you for answering the issur with the food but you still dodged the problem of rudeness
I bought a beautiful parakeet there 6 months ago and he is doing fine. Very happy with purchase.
Very large selection.... of over priced items. Very friendly owners... so long a you give them money and continue to do so. Don't expect any real gratitude or advice on animal care. Have heard many lies told just to get a sale. This could be a great establishment but with no morals and poor ethical standards I don't think it is there. Sorry, you lost my business.
Got a ferret from them. As soon as we got him home and he had a lot of blood in his stool. We took him back hoping for answers cause we had never had a ferret. We didn't know if he had a food allergy or any medical problems. They literally could not have cared any less. They didn't want to talk to us at all. I guess they thought we wanted money back cause that's all they care about. I ended up giving my adorable ferret to an animal company that takes care of exotic animals. That was about 2 years ago. We went in about a year ago and we saw a sign on a cage for sugar gliders. We asked to see them and one of the ladies came up and grabbed the pouch that they were in and dumped the pouch upside down and started shaking it until little newborn sugar gliders came falling out on top of each other. A simple "They're still babies and need to stay warm" would have sufficed. Saw an entire hallway of plastic containers piled on top of each other. Looked in the foggy containers and saw nothing but live mice piled high and stuffed into the containers unable to move. Some on the bottom were dead from lack of oxygen I'd imagine. Had to be at least 30 containers if not more each just stuffed with little mice
