As soon as I walked in, the girl behind the desk must have read my mind. She knew exactly what I needed, gave me other helpful information, was very happy to assist, and I got a free pen (lol)! The customer service was something to tell others about :-).
Sentry Storage is awesome. We rented a unit from them for about a year for our store but no longer needed it. We're renting a storage unit for our personal property, and two other family members do as well. They have a wonderful, personable staff who go out of their way to help you. Just started taking our UPS packages to them, and they were great to explain everything to me.
Great management and a close location to Belleview and Summerfield.
Horrible service! The owner lady was giving the customer infront of me a hard time about the signature on the back of her credit card over a box of bubble wrap. Told me that i could not rent a trailer after i drove two hours for a reservation that was confirmed by uhual website. Therefore, i had to go to another location to get the reservation. Then they told us that we were blocking the access road to the storage bays when the access way is barely large enough to get a car in. Not mention a small facilty so there was no traffic waiting! Absolutely rude horrible service! Never again. Going somewhere else!
