I have always been a fan of Publix today I decided to get a turkey and cheese sub I was greeted nicely and promptly when asked what kind of sub I wanted I responded with Publix turkey and American cheese, there were two ladies working this was at 7:50 p.m. on Saturday June 24th well making my sandwich engaged in conversation which was fine she asked me how I was doing I said I'm doing well thank you. she said that they did not have any American cheese cut and would i take provolone I responded kindly with a no and politely asked her to cut American she tells me no problem and precedes to make my sub she puts the mayonnaise on and the turkey and somehow she slipped on that awful provolone cheese completely ruined my dining experience won't be going back to this publix any time soon
Always a nice shopping experience, they worked hard during Hurricane Irma to make sure their customers were taken care of. Clean, well-stocked, all the employees are helpful.
Invested in backup generators to keep stores stocked and open Staff is customer service friendly and Mr George J would be proud
